i created the speaker era because I spent 6 whole years trying to find folks who shared my cultura and experiences
During the first 3 years of entrepreneurship, I felt like I was the only Latina I knew. I tried building a community for Latine folx, but unfortunately it didn’t go anywhere and I eventually gave up.
But then something shifted. I had the idea to host a pop-up directory for Latine + Hispanic Heritage Month focused on amplifying the voices of my fellow Latinas to create real impact by bringing more diversity onto stages across the world. This project led to 450+ folks nominated and 140+ speakers featured over the next 4 years!
It made me realize—it's not that there aren't any people out there who share my cultura. It's that our lived experience isn't being reflected enough in positions of leadership, on the media, or on stages.
And so, Speaker Era was born. A community, program, and platform designed to give you the tools and support to unapologetically take up space.

A lot of clients end up having this deep desire to create something as a way to take up more space and share their mission with the world—it could be a podcast, book, challenge, program, YouTube channel, movement, or some other passion project. It's often such a great way to both amplify their brand as a speaker AND something they get to in turn grow through public speaking too.
This is why it's included as a "bonus" within SPEAKER ERA 3.
At the end of the day, you don't need to launch or "host" your own thing. As long as you are looking to grow your brand as a speaker and go all in on public speaking to amplify your impact, you'll fit right in!

This program is structured to welcome clients on a rolling basis, meaning you can enroll right now and start right away.
Since we value ditching the hustle and prioritizing a life-first business model, we’ll be taking a mini break from calls during the month of December.
NOTE: ERA 2 will officially start calls in Feb/March 2026 however you will get access to other resources within ERA 1 immediately after you enroll. As for ERA 3, you can start right away.
SPEAKER ERA (all ERAs) has a commitment of 12 months. This is designed intentionally so that you can go through a full cycle of workshops, challenges, and coaching accordingly to experience the best results.
After the 12-months are over, you are welcome to continue for another year or cancel your subscription.
Calls are currently scheduled on Thursdays at 10am PST and go on for an hour. As the group grows, we may either extend the call to create more time to coach everyone, or add a second date and time accordingly.
Replays will be made available for folks who have conflicts or want to double up on coaching!
You also get access to weekly Cowork + Network Fiestas every Tuesday at 10am PST where you can implement what you're working on inside the program alongside other speakers.
SPEAKER ERA has three different entry points with their respective investment.
