What is your coaching style?

I take a coach-first approach—I'll ask intentional questions to help you uncover what makes the most sense for you, rather than hand you a cookie-cutter framework. And when you want it, I'm also an open book as a mentor and strategist, sharing ideas and brainstorming with you directly.

Do I have to be a speaker?

Nope. This program isn't only for public speakers—it's for building a brand that lets you share your story on a larger scale. For some, that's stages. For others, it's social media, podcast tours, or guesting inside programs.

Who's inside this program?

A genuinely diverse mix—coaches, agency owners, creatives, authors, podcast hosts, and more. Roughly 60% BIPOC, 80% queer, 60% Latinx, folks navigating neurodivergence and chronic illness, and members from North America to India, Greece, and Spain.

When does the program start?

We welcome clients on a rolling basis—meaning you can enroll right now and start right away. Since we value ditching the hustle and prioritizing a life-first business model, we’ll be taking a mini break from calls during the month of December.

What is the commitment?

SPEAKER ERA (all ERAs) has a commitment of 12 months. This is designed intentionally so that you can go through a full cycle of workshops, challenges, and coaching accordingly to experience the best results.

After that, you can renew or cancel anytime.

When are the coaching calls?

Thursdays at 10am PST for an hour, with replays for anyone who can't make it live.

Plus weekly Cowork + Network Fiestas every Tuesday at 10am PST.

Public speaking workshops may rotate, but typically fall on a Tuesday at 10am PST.
